From straightforward turning, milling and drilling operations through to complex multi-axis CNC machining, we can manage the machining requirements for virtually any casting we manufacture. This allows critical dimensions, fits, bores, faces and other functional features to be produced accurately and consistently.

Modern CNC machining centres, combined with precision CNC coordinate measuring, provide comprehensive dimensional control throughout the process. Where required, components can also be supplied with full dimensional inspection and supporting quality documentation.

By managing the complete process, from casting manufacture through machining and final inspection, Micron can supply finished components that meet demanding engineering specifications and are ready for assembly or service.
