Heat Treatment

On site, Micron has high quality modern heat treatment plant capable of soaking temperatures up to 1100°C. Featuring fully programmable cycles, this totally automatic electric furnace achieves guaranteed soak times and provides for precise metallurgical control due to supreme heat uniformity. The working envelope of 1200 x 1200 x 2000mm caters for loads of up to 2 Tonnes. A multi-point data recorder is incorporated in order to demonstrate full conformity to specification requirements.
